[redacted] came in with a group of dvds and radio I asked how I could help and he said he needed a pawn I told him the current rate on dvds and gave a price on the boom box [redacted] became very agitated, very quickly about the price I could give He said I was ripping him off and that I was a crook He started pointing his finger at me and called me some very demeaning names in front of other customers He was yelling, so my boss Stacey came over to rectify the situation and he began yelling at her and calling her names as wellHe was then asked to leave On his way out I and my manager were called cand b Our back room guy Fred came from the back to make sure we weren't in danger and to escort him out [redacted] then began making racial remarks about N....er stealing his stuff and that he would f...us up He said other racial things that I cannot recall in detail I then removed myself from the situation and began helping other customers Several customers were upset about the language and racial slurs he said I heard his truck screech out of the parking lot and Fred then returned from outside and reported that he had had a gun on him and threatened himChristian ***
