Review: I Have received several phone calls regarding legal issues in regards to cashnet loans. I have been contacted with threatening actions from these collection agencies in regarding to go to court if not resolved so I paid to avoid legal action. I have names, bank statements, conformation numbers, phone numbers. From cashnet legal department March 2015 I paid an amount of $573,([redacted] out of Gerogia) then in May 2015 an amount of $510 ([redacted] & association North Carolina) now today 10-**-2015 received a phone call now now threatened again and forced to pay $590 (our of Miami,Florida) These loans are all going back from 4-5 years ago I have NOT received any mail statements these have all been phone calls and all from civil claims departments, With threatening actions to pay or will be sentenced to court. Over the past few moths I would have paid an amount of $1673 after paying them now 3 times. I have also tried to contact the original individuals I and the past two names & numbers are not in service. Several different locations have contacted me but it has gone back to loans from cashnet regarding threatening actions, If not paid.Desired Settlement: I don't wan't to receive any more phone calls again No statement or letters have been mailed out all out of state 800 phone number calls. Also if I had to pay them once I would like a reimbursement of some kind after $1673 to avoid legal actions after 3 different settlements now. My personal information has been sent out & I don't know if it keeps going through different systems now social security number, phone number, address. bank account information.

Review: I received a call from ###-###-####. They asked me if I was aware that a lawsuit was filed against my name and social security number by Cash Advance Mutual for taking out a payday loan and not paying it. When I told them that was incorrect, the individual on the phone laughs and says, "ha ha, just joking". I was calling to see if you ever had a transvaginal mesh product...I didn't let him finish & told him to never bother me with this BS again and hung up.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Stop Contacting Me

Review: I got a call from a [redacted] with A and S [redacted] claiming I have a bill with cashnet. I thought it had been paid off. But I agreed to make payments automatically through my bank account. Only pulled 2 payments out then started my family again then called me with a rude voicemail. I called them back wanting to know where they are located, name of the business and to send me a bill to my email. They still have not done that. I have contacted a law firm on the way they have been harrassing me and my family. But now I'm thinking it is a scam. Hope you will look in to itDesired Settlement: People like this should be thrown in jail!!!!!!!

Review: I have received at least four calls from someone representing Cashnet. I have never heard of Cashnet. The first two calls, 1st a recordingthen I answered the 2nd, the gentlemen(a collection agency) had asked me to pay $509 over the phone and said that if I didn't pay something that I would have a warrant for my arrest. He also told me that they had me on video tape...when I checked for locations online, there were none. The next two calls have been from the processing center and were nasty with me when I told them that they had wrong information and that they were trying to scam me. The number they are calling from is ###-###-#### and said I had a case file #. This needs to stop immediately. Review: I applied for a payday loan. I paid and paid all the fees. I was "assured" if I paid the cancellation fee of $190.00 I would get all my fees back. Once again they won't refund my fees. They continually tell me I need to "deposit" this amount. etc. They have taken my whole paycheck and will not refund my fees on the loan I cancelled.Desired Settlement: I would like all the fees I paid them refunded as I was told by [redacted]. phone [redacted]

Review: Acct paid in full 11/**/11 (have paperwork to prove ACCT PAID), myself and several family members received a phone call, stating how I ([redacted]) will have the police coming to my work or my house to arrest me for non compliance of this matter. (I haven't even gotten certified mail about this. ) [redacted] was nasty and uncooperative when asked why she was telling my family members that the police were going to arrest me and I was going to court and having all these huge legal proceeding. I have VM from sister in law, sister and daughter. When asked why she was saying that to my family members I was much told it did not who she talked to. After, I demanded to know who she contacted and why such was left on their phone, she got nastier and stated that I can just deal with it in court. Hmmm.. there should be no court because this was paid over 2 years ago. As for coompliance, I don't have to be......ITS PAID!Desired Settlement: Outcome : Leave me alone If this goes to court I want paid by cashnet for all expenses not limited to court cost, gas, time off work. etc Change policy about what can and can not be left on a family members voicemail. or told to them

Review: Been receiving calls from a collection agency representing cash net. They call me at work, cell, my sick mother in law and my young daughter. Today was the final straw called me at work saying that a lawsuit has been filed against me for fraudand the only way to stop is to pay them $300 right then on the phone, I did not. They said they were calling from Illinois litigation dept. Phone # ###-###-####. Which I called back and its some sort of global calling service. They also call from ###-###-#### they call my 15 yr old daughter daily. Today my daughter answered and the foreign lady screamed at her because I was not there. Mr [redacted] is one name used but many names are used. Apparently now someone will be coming to my work with papers or to arrest me. Calls need to cease. If they dont stop I will need to get a lawyer and file a suit for harrasement a d unethical practices.Desired Settlement: Stop contacting me.
