Review: I am on a fixed income (SSI) I told cashnet USA I cannot make a payment on No. 17, 2013. Also, I told them I could make make a double payment jan. 3rd 2014 and then another single payment on Jan. 17th 2014. I closed my checking account because I suspect that money was taken from my checking account without my permission last month. There is no reasoning with them, so I have no choice than to turn to you.

Review: I had taken a payday loan years ago through cash net. Not only did I pay it back over and above what was borrowed they sold my checking account information and I had to close that account with my credit union. Now they are threatening to sue me stating I owe them money. They do this every 6-8 months. The phone numbers change that they call from right now they're using ###-###-#### and ###-###-####. I lost money and time from work I was in the credit union for 4.5 hours going through every charge on my account only to find out that it all came back to them. They are now threatening to show up at my home or my work when I do not owe them a dime.Desired Settlement: They need to stop contacting me permanently. I have previously filed a complaint and as soon as the time frame was up they begin contacting me again.

Review: Company would not disclose legal name, address, phone number but attempted to contact me regarding a warrant that I have for my arrest. Stated that I needed to go to [redacted] County, which is the county where I live to essentially turn myself in. Once the judge signs the order I will not only be responsible for the current processing fees but now all of the court administration fees for 2 warrants as result of trying writing fraudulent checks. I was told this was as a result of taking out a payday loan with Cash Central. I am not sure who, where, or why this organization feels the need to contact me on something that is completely inaccurate, but the fact that the emotional stress that now I have to go thorough to determine the validity of their claims, and the time it takes me to process this. They stated the call was recorded and it was on record that I have been notified that there is a warrant. I guess their organization eliminates the fact that I need to be properly served and/or notified that there is a pending investigation in which I need to prepare myself for.Desired Settlement: In additional to stop contacting me, there are several people on the internet that are receiving the same phone calls. They need to be stopped and the fact that they are misrepresenting themselves seems as if it is a bit illegal. How can I resolve this issue, because if its not this organization, its another that has contacted me over the years.

Review: This company keeps harassing me at work, and when I speak to them they fail to give me an explanation. They proceed to tell me that I am wanted for check fraud, and that I have an hour to respond back to them with $2400.00

Review: Twice I paid additional money to pay off my account early and each time the money was applied as CashNet saw fit. What they have advertised is "Payments made below will be in addition to your regularly scheduled payments, which are automatically debited from your authorized account on your due dates. To see upcoming payments, view your Account Activity page. " They did not take the regularly scheduled payments out therefore I'm paying additional money while trying to pay off this loan early. They took my additional payment as the regularly scheduled payments which should have been automatically deducted from my account on the pay day. This is misleading as you have no way of knowing how to pay off an account early.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that CashNet readjust my account taking into account the regularly scheduled payments and my additional funds that were paid to be individual of each others.
