Review: On August 14, 2013, Cash Now, LLC of Bluefield, VA, contacted my work place and asked to speak with me. I was unavailable at the time so they proceded to tell a co-worker that I owed them money and they were going to take me to court. I do owe them money, but I feel as though this was unethical to discuss this with someone other than myself. I would appreciate any help you could give me on this matter.Desired Settlement: see above

Mrs [redacted], On the account of [redacted].When you apply for a loan you give us all your phone numbers .You also give us your employers phone numbers. You also sign a contract .We tell the customer that we call him first, then contacts then employer to leave a message for him to call us. We also tell them for any reason you are going to be late to please call us and if we leave you a message to please return our call.We have done this numerous times also called and had him paged. Not once did he call us back .At no time did anyone at Cash NowLLC tell or give any personal information to the work number or anyone else on his contact list. Infact we only have two. One contact # is disconnected. Never spoke to any one at the other number. My ex employee called his work and I was here a woman who tried to page him numerous times said she had a number for us. My employee called it and it was his boss,we told him we needed to know if [redacted] actually worked there that we had tried many times to call him. He said yes he did, I explained how important it was to get a message to him.I also told him we were trying to help him.He had caller ID It turned out it was his cell. He knew where I was from and I just said I may have to verify his employment at a later date for legals, if he didnt call me.He said he would find him and give him the message to call.The man had to know I was trying to get Mr [redacted] because he didnt pay. I Did not go into the problem.I know my job and these people who dont ever call me back or respond to my calls knowing they owe the money.I am willing to work with Mr [redacted], His boss must of found him because Mr [redacted] called me,I explained to him we could go legal once his account was charged off and it would go on his credit at that point,I told him I was trying to help him if he would just bring me 20.00 to keep his account from being charged off .He said he would pay on 8/17/13. He paid 8/21/13. I told him that was fine he asked me where I got the number for his boss I told him the truth, a lady at work gave it to me,who ever answers the phone at work.I also told him I was willing to help him.I stopped his interest on 7/25/13 to help him,I even told him I could take 20.00 a month if it would help.I know times are hard and Im always willing to help.If he would of called me back I wouldnt had to call his job.I tell everyone when they get a loan .just call me when I call and let me know when they can come .I never call the customers work till the account is about to be a charged off I hope this explains the situation.
