Review: Cashnow.com says that we owe them money.I have never accepted any money from them or any other payday loan.They contacted someone who called from 202-417-2021,they in turn had all my perssonal information.Which they should not have.The people from that phone number said cashnow was suing me for money and fraud.The people from that phone number did not identity where they were from and would not give any information,like the date this transaction occured or the amount.I asked them what account it was deposited in.They said MetaBank.Desired Settlement: I want them to quit threatening me.I did not receive any money from them.I have high blood pressure and want them to leave me alone.

Review: I received a call at 11:47 am from a gentleman that had an Indian accent and did not give his name stating he was part of a Legal Department and was going to issue a warrant for my arrest. He claims he represents Cash Now USA and that I owe them money. He read through a long list of items in a complaint and said that I could settle today if I wired him $570.00. When I was finally allowed to speak I asked for the information in writing to verify the debt as I have no idea who Cash Now USA is and don't believe I have any outstanding debt owed to them. He started screaming at me that I am a stupid woman.Desired Settlement: I would like in writing on letterhead an explanation of what the amount owed is for; the original date of the debt; any payments that have been made toward it and proof that this is my debt. I would like to stop being harassed by this company and no further threats made. I have never heard of this company and was never contacted before today for any amount owed to any such company as far as I recall.

Review: I have this company calling me, a guy name [redacted], states he is collecting for Cash Now USA, a payday loan company.

He has been calling my cell phone everyday somedays 10 to 12 times a day. He calls my work 5 to 6 times a day, and even days I am not working, and is very rude to the employee that answers the phone. He has said that he is a police officer, and that I could go to jail. He states that I owe a loan and if I don't go down and buy a green dot card reloadable, that I will go to jail. He also threatens to get me fired from my job. One day he called me at work and an employee answered the phone and he said that there was an emergency in my house and I have to get to the phone quickly. When I try to get information about the loan, he gets loud and does not let me talk. I have used a payday loan company, but I have paid them off. But this [redacted] and his supervisor will not take the time to listen to me. I would like to have something done about this... I have asked them many times not to call my job , and I know that that is part of the "fair debt collection practices act".Desired Settlement: I would like someone from the company "CASH NOW USA" to contact me and discuss options if I owe this money... I don't want [redacted](if that is his real name) or Alex( his supervisor) to call me anymore and I don't want to have anyone to call me at work ever again. I would also like to know if there is any thing I can do legally, because of the hassement, that I have had to deal with for about 3 months

Review: I have been contacted by this company several times threatening me with litigation. I have explained to them that I have had no dealings with this company and for a while they will stop but then it starts again.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop contacting me because I have had no dealings with them.

Review: This business has been regularly calling me on my cell phone throughout the day yesterday and today with automated calls. They are requesting to speak with a someone with my wife's name about a loan she requested. She has not requested a loan with this company and has had no business with them. One representative did give me the address that they had and the address was ours from several years ago. I suspect that either someone has tried to establish a loan with them under my wife's name and using some of our contact information or that this company is trying to extort money from us.Desired Settlement: We have had no business with this company and have not tried to establish a loan with them. I want the calls to cease.

Review: A caller who said his name is [redacted] first called me a month ago. He claimed that I have a $ 420 loan with Cash Now USA. He said I was going to be sued for a total of $ 5,100. He has all information on me. I asked him to mail to me any information he has about the debt. He said he was not going to do that. I call an attorney and the attorney called him. He asked for the attorney's number unfortunately, he hanged up on the attorney as he was about to give him the information.The attorney called him again but he did not answer the call. And he told me not to pay anything. On Monday August 12, 2013, he called my job several times. He told me that he will make sure that I loose my job. He was rude to the receptionist and the nurses who asked him to fax over the debt information he claimed that I have with Cash Now USA. He said it was too late to fax the information. Again, he called me three times in a row yesterday. I am fed up with this behavior.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to stop harassing me and swift steps should be taken in order to prevent Cash Now USA from having bad reputation.
