I Recieved counter offer. declined offer. Request for return. Now no contact, Money, or laptop. Exchange [redacted] Inspiron NR17 for cash. I recieved a quote for 151 dollars.I shipped my laptop on jan. 8th 2015 same day as quote was made. A week later I recieve an email about the defects and a counter offer of 90 dollars. And was asked to contact for approval or decline. I sent a email back saying that I chose to decline and wish for the laptop to be returned. I have yet to recieve a reply. Money. Or laptop. I have called the company but have yet to get a answer.Desired SettlementI would like to recieve the laptop back. If this is not possible I would like a replacement. EQUAL to or greater value.
