I purchased a hottub to be delivered and installed by Spas of OregonThis was a complicated installation, involving a craneThey went to extra effort to make sure installation was going to be possible, coming out and taking photos and consulting with the crane companyDuring the installation, I was asked how I would like tub placed and, quick frankly, it made sense to place it like the old oneWhat I did not know - and what was not explained - was access to the workings would be very difficult, almost impossible because half of it would be flat up against the houseAs a result electrical connection was nearly impossibleThe electrician even called Spas of Oregon during hookup to let them knowA electrical project that should have been hours was hours at $per hour labor.I talked to [redacted] (owner) and explained that I was disappointed and I wanted the position correctedI was told that I would have to pay for a crane to come again to move it around.I want to stress that

Was hung up on by supervisor in customer serviceShe suggested I order a third pump after waiting a month to receive two broken ones with no refund Absolutely horrible customer serviceThe woman supervisor I spoke to said "If I wanted to get further with her, maybe I should watch the way I talk to her" and then hung up on me! This was after an entire month of not having a working hot tub, in freezing cold temps in NJ because BOTH of my pumps have failed in my tub and BOTH replacement pumps I received (which again, took an entire month), were packed horribly (a pump with no padding in a cardboard box) and arrived with broken piecesObviously, my entire tub could be ruined at this pointI need to pay for a service call to check it out whenever the weather reaches freezing tempsThe rep offered me a sad 10% off my new pump which I would also have to re-order, for the third timeShe said AFTER I ship the 2nd pump back, she would release my new pumpI've never even been refunded fo

Cal Spas Bakersfield Refusing to address customers when products fail to operate even after just purchasing it I bought a Spa from Cal Spas in august we have had problems with the jets breaking off into the spa we would call and never a answer, we would call the corpaorate office and never a return call backThe jets have been replaced twice now and are broke again with the filter itself breaking at the bottomI feel that this company is using used parts to make there products with and I am very unhappyNo one calls back to take care of the issues we just have to keep showing up at the business to hopefully catch a salesman thereSeveral messages have been left on the breaking jets and nothing! I have spent close to $7,on this spa and nothing on it should be breaking off please help with this The spa is a Plantium series brand new

Purchases a Spa in May I have had the same part replaced times so far in a year I have been trying for over a month to have it replaced again and have not received service It is under warranty Now they are telling me they just want to eliminate the ATS panel that the issue occurs in making that feature unuseable and a completely different hot tub THis feature which was key reason why I bought this tub as my wife has sever scoliosis and they are unable to give me what I bought or respond to issues in a timely fashion Product_Or_Service: Wscape El Grande Spa

My spa from Spas of Oregon was defective in that the waterfall was not installed properly which inevitably caused a leak and the lights to burn outWhen I called them to come out and take a look at it, the service person evaluated it and told me that the waterfall never should have been installed like that He took pictures of the serial number and said he'd check to see if it was under warranty After a month or so of scheduling and rescheduling for the repair, the service person came out again and said that he couldn't move the tub because of the electrical plug and that I would need to hire an electrician I called Spas of Oregon and said that since the wrongly installed waterfall was their fault that I expected them to pay for the electrical work as well So they said they would see what they could do Later the service person called me and he said that his boss told him to just do the electrical workSo after a couple of months of this back and forth, my hot tub was fixed

No response to repeated contact about warranty/repair issue I ordered this American Spas AM-630LS hot tub on October 9, through Amazon Order number [redacted] Payment amount was $ [redacted] via Amazon Rewards Visa Roughly three weeks ago, I discovered the hot tub was not operational The electrician who installed my new circuit for the hot tub investigated He found proper power was being supplied to the tub, but a fuse on the board was blown Replacing this fuse only results in the same fuse blowing repeatedly I did receive one response to my inquiry from someone named [redacted] at Cal Spas asking me for pictures of the outdoor GFCI breaker and the hot tub wiring itself I responded with these pictures as requested but I have not received a response since I left a phone message for Mr***, but that has also gone ignored This tub should be well under warranty for parts and labor and I'd like it repaired as soon as possible

Purchased spa on Amazon and was delivered 6/15/16.Started having heating and pump issues in OctoberContacted Cal Spas(***) after identifying the issue of a burnt cable.(design flawcable was up against heater)After jumping through all their hoops with information they already had(from the actual sale) they finally sent out the control boxInstalled the control box and the spa still did not function!
