Consumer states that she will no longer be responding to the complaint and all she wants is her DVD player back

Last Monday 9/28/15, I replied a long story about my service to this customer, but where is it ?? Now one more time I will be patient to answer you again.I will not refund $back to her with following reasons:1-? On receipt that I gave to her, she accepted "no refunded" statement, and
signed it before I took in the dvd.2-? I gave her verbal repair estimate of $on the phone; this estimate is just to replace printed circuit boards: power board, decode board, and front display boardThis is? her request because the DVD power could not? be turned on.3- Many DVD connectors was previously disassembled when I opened to troubleshoot why no power at all.? ? ? She brought the dvd to two other repair shops a month before bringing? to me, and they did not give any solution.4-? If she wants to repair the power supply, I need her to pay another $for parts and no refunded to make sure she won' t give away the unitThere are many blue ray dvd cost less than $now-a-day.? 5-? Although I gave her $repair estimate, I informed her that the DVD? may work fine,or may have reading error, and there is an extra cost to replace the blue ray optical assemblyTherefore? I did? recommend her to send it *** just $; the company will repair from A to Z and ship the unit back to her placeWhat a deal !? *** just wants to deal directly with customer only.6- I dialed? the *** phone for her to talk at the beginning at my shop, and she wanted me to help her to read her credit card payment thereafter due to her English pronunciation? not clearly .7- I offered her to package the unit, but she has to bring to UPS to ship to ***; she asked me do it and pay for shipping because I took $estimateI refused? because estimate and shipping are two different issues.8- A month later, she called asking me to ship it out again, and the other repair shop will pay for it, but I asked her how I can collect the the shipping fee; she said she will bring over .? 9- There are too many conversations for nothing; I lost a lot of time with her; I tried the best to help her, but I finally give up, and I am tired of her due to no sense of thankfulness The $isn't much value to me, but I do not want to be laughed at by herI am honor, sincere, and helpful person; I don't want any customer gets mad at me except for this onePlease inform her to pick up the dvd as soon as possible.?
