To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to the complaint made against Cash and Trading on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 by [redacted]. As soon as we were made aware that a mistake may have happened I immediately checked our records and found that my newly hired employee was being trained...

and made the error of sending it to [redacted] rather than [redacted] where the customer had intended. So on August 30th I called [redacted] and was informed that the payment was corrected on August 29th and that the customer would have the $103.00 posted on their account within that day. I was also informed this particular customer had a very high balance so they may not have noticed the credit for 103.00 when I called in reference to the complaint made by [redacted].During the entire process which took from August 22th until September 11th with [redacted] I was under case #[redacted] so every time I called or gave or received any info regarding this account I was to use that number. As of September 11th I was able to get [redacted] to fax me the only thing they could which showed the money was sent thru to[redacted] to the account originally intended. I asked them for just a simple letter of proof or anything but they stated they were unallowed to do so and I was receiving the fax but that was it. After I got it I called your organization numerous times trying to resolve this issue without any word back from anyone until getting your correspendonce by mail.So that is why I am writing you now...... I am hoping you see that the matter was resolved promptly and correctly and I can remain in the good standing I pride myself on as a business owner. Thank YouWalt M
