I called cash 1 on april 16 and I Spoke with Arlene I ask her if they could help me To hold my payment for the whole month only because due to my hours reduced due to covid19 and I will make the payment on May 30 but she answered me very arrogant NO I asked her again do you have any program with the pandemic issue she said again NO .I explained to her due covid19 the hospital reduced our hours To avoid lay off but she answered me again NO they don’t have that program she said she could help me if I totally lost my job or and she told me ask my friends to borrow money and I answered her I m not the only one affected for pandemic even youself and the last word she told me I called again .. please help to hold payments until one month from with no interest thank you

I have a loan with this company. After contacting them in regards to my payment and that I couldn't do the full amount, the rep told me he would take a minimum payment and the remainder owed($21.00) would be applied to the end of my term. The very next day, I received a call for the payment again. Spoke to the manager and was told she would need the $21.00 owed but would extend it out to my next payment due and my current payment would be applied to the end of my term. So with that being said my new payment wouldn't be due for a month. Fast forward to today, where another full payment was taken out of my account without any permission. I contacted the location for 3 hours and they kept avoiding talking to me. Finally spoke to them to be told that they would not honor the arrangements and would only refund back the original first payment I made and not the amount they took out today. Also that the arrangements for my payment being due in a month were no longer valid. Worst experience with this company EVER!!! Once my loan is completely I will NEVER EVER go back and will not recommend ANYONE to use them. Very horrible customer service and bad practice.

I have a title loan with this branch. On Sept. 10,2019 I went into this office and told them that I was having financial difficulty and I can't afford to pay right away to one of the many managers at this location. He said that he would note my account. On Sept. 12, 2019, against my permission they debited my account, making it so that I couldn't pay my car insurance. I called them and spoke to a female who also told me that she was also a manager and that she would not reverse the charges.

They sent me an email which included the statement, "we have flexible payment options" which is obviously not true.
