May this letter find you in the state of peace. My name is ***, I am writing to inquire about the status of a complaint I submitted to the Los Angeles/Silicon Valley Revdex.com on January 17, 2020 regarding Cash4Clickz Survey Company. On December 5, 2019 I requested a Cash4Clickz check payment in the amount of *** I was informed that I would receive the check payment (via U.S. mail) by January 8, 2020 and now it is the beginning of April and there has been little progress. All attempts to contact Cash4Clickz have gone unanswered. Can you please inform me of what is taking place? My mailing address is as follows:

I was a member of survey junkies and this company owes me $***.
When I researched this company it came up as being owned by cash4clickz.com.
Then I researched the company's owners and found that *** is the owner of both companies.
I would like $*** sent to me by check or I will take him to court! I have tried on numerous occassions to contact this company & this man for the last 3 months! He refuses to pay me what I am owed!! I have numerous screenshots of proof on what I'm owed & how this man owns both websites.
