Hello, Thank you for your messageYes, Cash4Offers.com is owned by [redacted] , but not by [redacted] and I'm the owner of both Cash4Offers.com and [redacted] First of all, I don't understand why the customer was referring to [redacted] if I don't have any relations to that web site Second, neither [redacted] , nor Cash4Offers.com, nor any other of my sites is sending any spam to our membersAll of our email messages are can-spam compliant, they have unsubscribe links and a member can cancel his/her account or unsubscribe anytime Once again, I'm asking the customer to send an email (including this email's headers) from Cash4Offers.com or [redacted] as a proof of spam to me and a copy to Revdex.com, so I could protect myself of this accusation and prove that I'm not sending any spam to my membersPlease note that I cannot be held responsible for any spam messages to the customer if they are received from other companiesI'm asking Revdex.com to demand a copy of abusive email from the customer as a proof of this accusationIt's header must contain my server's IP which is If the customer cannot provide the abusive email, I'm asking Revdex.com to set this case as resolvedKind regards, Gerardas N [redacted]

Hello, We don't have and never had such offer which the customer claims - *** *** offerIf it was the offer at Trial Pay, she/he had to contact them directly. Monitor what others are doing on your behalf. The law makes clear that even if you hire another company to handle your email marketing, you can’t contract away your legal responsibility to comply with the lawBoth the company whose product is promoted in the message and the company that actually sends the message may be held legally responsible

it was for a [redacted] offer for a free rental and in order to get that I had to sign up for the book club so they know excatley what it was so I did recvie the free [redacted] offer like I explained to them for signing up for the book club and for them to cancel my membership is wrong because I did nothing wrong I held up my end of the membership and they didnt because they didnt want to pay me the 8 dollars I still have the email that was  sent to me where and what date the email was and I told them that yes before you can get the free [redacted] offer there company was offering you had a choice of things to sign up for and I did just that so and I want my membership back because there is no reason what so ever they should of cancelled my account because I did not a thing wrong I agrred to there rules and I stayed with thee rules because they are wrong and they must of known it before I contacted the [redacted] because they compltely stopped sending me the paid emails to read way before I contacted you which once again they broke the membership agreemnet because I saveed the last e mail they sent me and right after I contacted because they would not get back to me several I had top contact your company and now seeing they cancelled my membership I want my money that I had to in my account  and also I want my membership back

We are sending paid emails to all active members, but they can range from $0.001 up to $0.02. Since we don't have any book offers on our site and therefore, of course, we haven't received any confirmation from our advertisers, we cannot credit the customer account. Below is an excerpt from that law. This company is engaging in illegal spamming of accounts regardless of their claim to not actually be the ones doing it. I am in pursuit of stopping this action and demand they cease and desist from using 3rd parties to spam my account.
