This company is a joke! They accept the order for the oil and send unprofessional driver to the house which end up with refusal to service a client due to difficulties"as per driver statement" accessing the area. There is alway some kind of issue with accessing, but at least you try. Those people never try because they too old for the job or with excuses. The company hired people who are mostly too old or kind of disable are unable to complete their assignment! I was many times on reserve and wait like 4 days to get oil delivered, and the lousy driver decided to cancel the delivery upon arrival! What a joke! Never ever make any business with that company ever due to unreliable service for oil delivery! The customer service even hang up on you and trying to resolve the problem! They think once give you money back is end of the issue! What a joke!
They should send those overweight and disable drivers to the physical therapy or retired them all! Shame, shame, shame!

The least that I have to worry about is getting heating oil but here we are.
I first have to say that I moved from one state to another and am in the process of adjusting to the new environment. I never had oil as a heating source and had natural gas.
Every time that I place a request with cash heating oil , I usually get replies after multiple days.
This time has been the most infuriating encounter I had with cash heating oil.
First of, it is unacceptable how they decide to do the delivery what ever time of the day. I am very busy and have a hectic schedule with work. Most of my time is spent outside of my home and so I need to have a time frame to be able to schedule my time appropriately.
Second, every time I place orders, I wait for days to get replies from a seller. Which in return, forces me to place a new order since I have never received an update.
I finally got a delivery scheduled but that day I was so booked with work and needed to leave the house very quickly. I waited for hours at home for the driver and did not get any update.
Immediately, after leaving, while on the freeway, I received a call stating that the driver has arrived. I was in shock and told him that I will be back with one hour and that I had the cash in hand. I asked if I can reschedule for tomorrow, a Sunday, since I will be home all day, he said no and that he will not be working then.
I initially believed that I was in the wrong and had sent an email apologizing since cash heating oil had permanently stopped me from being able to use their service. However, thinking of it now, I have absolutely nothing to apologize for. They are inconsiderate and rude.

Company does not own the accepted order. I ordered oil, got confirmation email but no one called. On inquiry, was told that dealer called but I didn’t pickup. But no one called or left voicemail. Continue to deny. Will not use the service again.
