store clerk has looked through all of the bills that were processed in July and did not find a bill for Ms***She also called the company that we process electric bills through, and they informed the clerk that Ms*** last payments between that time were on May 25, and August 4, at one of our other locations (Kingshighway and Page)I informed Ms*** that without a receipt there's not much we can do
