Review: I made several phone calls to cash point expressing that I had two surgeries done. I both authorized and requested my monthly agreed upon payment be taken out of the account automatically on 09/06/2013. I even left the debit card information on file for them to ensure payment was taken on 09/06/2013.

I woke the very next morning to find my vehicle, which I own outright, removed from my driveway. I have made several calls to cash point, The "regional manager" is the only person to handle this, yet to date, I have received NO phone calls, nor was I given any information as to where my vehicle is.Desired Settlement: I want my vehicle returned to me with NO charge for towing. I authorized full payment and this company still took my car. I also want a refund to my debit card for the money taken.

If my vehicle is not returned to me I want no less than the blue book value of my car. I lost my Job over this! I van no longer get to work and fulfill my requirements in my position at the hospital.

I have no vehicle and three small children! My mother is terminally ill, I am her sole caregiver. I can no longer provide her needs because I can't leave my home and drive without a vehicle.

Review: I took out a title loan with cash point in April 2014 around the 8th. This loan was for 600.00 I had 7 months to pay. My monthly interest was to be roughly 162.00 that was ONLY the interest no for the 600.00. I questions about late fees if late and payments over the phone. I was told verbally about if I was going to be late on an interest payment call and speak with a rep and I would be fine, I also asked about the peoples numbers I had given out as references, would they be called, I was told only to verify who I am. I called the company on may 2 informing them my payment was going to be late as I was waiting on a check and would be making payment may 30th of 324.00 which is the interest payment for may and June. I was verbally told by costumer service rep to hold they had to speak with a manager, after the hold I was told that payment would fine and no action would be taken also it would be noted on acct ,since I took a previous loan for 10000 and paid it in full early with similar terms. After the may due date ,about 3 days after, a cash point rep called my phone about the may payment. I again, explained that I have spoken to someone an explained when I would make the payment, I again was told to hold, then told that my payment would be accepted but, I would be charged late fees , I responded okay and asked if it would be documented so the calls would stop I was told it would be noted. on may 28th at about 11pm 2 men in a pick up truck banged on my door demanding my keys. I asked who they where, they told me they are taking my car for dominion management. I told them not to take touch my vehicle and the men began yelling and threaten to throw my friend out of the car. he stepped in my face and yelled for the keys. I told them I was going to call police n the men continued yelling until my neighbors and my son came out . he snatched the key out my friends hand and took my vehicle. I am sure under p.a law that was" breaking the peace" and unlawfully taking my car. I do not have the name of the company took my vehicle, but will file a complaint when it becomes available. If I was never told that my late payment was okay, I would have tried an alternative instead I can not get to school or work. All of my my references including my job now knows I owe money to cash point title loan co. Very embarrassing! The copy of my contract was in the vehicle and they refused to fax over a copy ,I also was told they have nothing to do with the repo company sleath recovery . I will file a separate complaint. I was also told I needed to now pay 921.00 in 15 days. and I have to pay the tow place 300.00 and any storage fees concurred. the repossessed vehicle is being kept by the recovery company not the creditor which sky rockets the cost of getting my vehicle returned. cash point refuses any part of the illegal tactics of the recovery company. Cash point also made no notes of my phone calls. I was also told even if I called and was told okay. The corporate office looks at it differently , something I was not told during the two conversations with a service rep, which could have prevented a financial burden by giving correct information instead of misleading information.Desired Settlement: I want my car returned to me for the interest owed. $324.00 on the date that I asked and was given permission for my late payment (may 30th) , and to continue making required payments. I want the $300.00 repo fee dropped since p.a law rules where NOT followed at all during the repossession, I will provide notarized witness statements . I want the company to stop calling my references and to stop telling them I took a title loan out, I thought that was also illegal. If I am owed any compensation I would like to settle that also for the phone calls and release of debt information to my boss, who will write a statement on the many phone calls to him while I was on sick leave. When I gave these reference numbers, I was unaware they would be abused and called repeatedly since verbal agreement was made about my late payment twice.
