(The following was copy/paste by Revdex.com staff - LST)***02/28/TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, On 2/20/Anthony S [redacted] I Srcalled our corporate office inquiring how much was owed on his son's Anthony S [redacted] I Jr, account with an offer to settle with a payment of $We agreed to take it as a settlement and let the customer's father know that by paying this it would stop all calls and collection efforts with our companyHe asked if he could provide a personal check which we explained wasn't something that we usually do but made an exception and explained that there would be a fee involved because legally we are required to charge to cash any checkAnthony S [redacted] I Srwas provided with a receipt of his transaction as requestedMrS [redacted] I did call back to the corporate office and wanted a receipt showing paid in full and an explanation as to why there was still a balance on the accountWe explained to him the best we could that when an account is settled for less then owed a balance remains but would not be pursuedAt this time I am agreeable to mark the account as paid in full with a zero balance and have done soWe do not report to the credit bureaus at this time so there is nothing to remove- I'm also enclosing a receipt showing a zero balance and will send one to Mr S [redacted] I SrAny questions please call me at [redacted] Steffanie A*** Collections Manager
