HORRIBLE to deal with!
Rude, obnoxious, condescending and not truthful!
When I called to verify price and availability of an appliance part, I was quoted $95 and told it was available. When I got to the store to pick it up, they stated that they looked up the wrong part and (oops) the actual part I needed was $350 and it was NOT available...they had to order it! There was no misunderstanding when I called to get the quote but they made sure I walked into their store! Not even a sincere apology for the "misunderstanding".","neg-1
