Ive bought glasses here before and both receptionists are lacking people skills so I was reluctant to return for an exam but they take my insurance and I didn't have the time to drive to AlexandriaI came in minutes early then waited an HOUR AND MINUTES before finally walking out having never seen the dr! The receptionist displayed nothing but annoyance when I told her I would have to reschedule because I can't stay for another hourSo I was forced to walk out and make an appointment somewhere elseHuge inconvenience for me! Unless you have an entire morning to spend sitting in a waiting room, I wouldn't recommend this place! I still can't believe the way I was treated
