I would like to express my gratitude to Roy, Tyler and the whole crew Accurate Tree Service was an excellent choice We had a large tree fall in what must have been a microburst storm last night Within an hour of me calling the company on a Saturday evening at 6pm, Roy was at my house to assess the damages We were concerned for our personal safety and the safety of our cars in the driveway Roy assured us it was safe to move the branches away from the driveway and assessed the damage to the trees, house, porch and cars with us He wrote an estimate and helped move what we could that night He told us he would be back in the am to take care of the trees that presented the danger to the houseThey were here at 6:am the next morning They were professional and hardworkingThey cleaned up all the brush and stray tree limbs, etc The crew knew what they were doingTyler did an excellent job along with all of the workers I would highly recommend Accurate Tree Service for any workThey are reliable and also work with your Insurance Company
I got a few quotes to have tree removal, I chose accurate tree, and am I glad I didThe crane operator Paul and his professional crew came to my House at the lake and did the most fantastic job taking down trees They all used there safety gear, had way radios to keep in contact with one anotherThey work together really well I was pleased with the cleanup I certainly will refer and have them do my next jobIf you do not choose accurate tree, then you lose Thanks guys!

Last winter we quoted getting 3 trees cut down in our yard, we quoted 5 different places. One of which was Accurate Tree Service, LLC out of Dunbarton, NH. Accurate was higher than the others, but they called back stating they would like a second chance at quoting the job. We agreed to let them do so.
The 2nd bid was more in line with the others. We asked why it was different than the previous bid, he mentioned the other person that quoted was overbidding jobs. We then asked about a crane as others that had quoted mentioned the need for a crane for one of the tress (one actually no bid due to this). He said Accurate would be able to do it without a crane.
He wrote up the quote we agreed and signed it. He stated that they would not be able to do it until the Spring. We asked if the Proposal/Quote would still be valid (at this price) in the Spring, and he confirmed it would be and noted as such on his copy.
We received a call at the end of winter to set up the removal of the trees, we agreed to 4/13 7am. We received a call the day prior explaining that the previous job ran over but they would be out.
They arrived about 12:45. 2 men walked the yard looking at the trees. One of the men mentioned that they probably could not get all 3 today, he then made a call.
Then the "supervisor" showed up, which is also the person that quoted the job. He walked the yard with the other man and then left without saying a word to me.
The original person that showed up on the job came to the door stating that an emergency came up and they had to go to another job site. I asked when they would be back, he stated he wasn't sure and that would be up to the scheduler.
I then made a call to the scheduler to ask what was going on. At that time I stated I was a bit concerned that the supervisor did not speak to me while he was at the house. I explained to him that we had to make special arrangements with work schedules so one of us could be there and also with our neighbor as Accurate requested the use of our neighbor's driveway (which meant it would be blocked to them). The Scheduler mentioned that he was not sure what was going on but would find out and get back to me as soon as he did.
He called me a few hours later stating that they had an emergency that they had to handle that day. He then stated they were booked out to May, but wanted to make it right by us therefore a crew would be there next Saturday to get the job done.
We received a call the Thursday prior to that Saturday stating that Accurate cancelled the job and would not be out. We asked why. The Supervisor (person that quoted) asked that he speak to us in person.
He showed up the Saturday that the job was supposed to done and apologized. He stated they would not be able to do the job for the quoted price. We asked why they would not hold up the contract. He stated that the owner felt the job was underbid. He stated they would only be willing to do ONE of the trees for the price on the contract. I asked what the increase would be to the contact for the THREE originally quoted. The price he gave me was DOUBLE the price on the agreed to proposal/contract! I asked him to explain, he stated the owner would not take a loss on the job.
I explained to him that quoting is one of my responsibilities at my job and that errors can happen and that I would be willing to work with them. He dropped it by $100., stating this is the best they could do, as the owner didn't want to take a loss. I asked if his company would make it right not take a loss but do it for cost. He stated this is the best they would do. I explained we had 3 others that bid on the job all of which are much lower than this "new stated price".
I would think a company would back up the signed contract and work with the customer, I was willing to work with them by paying more than the contracted price, but NOT double or more than others had bid. He stated sorry they were not willing to move on the NEW stated price (other than $100.)
This is NOT what I consider customer service! I was quoted a specific price and they double this price after cancelling the job twice and then were NOT willing to work with me on an agreement to a new price UNREAL. Was this a bait and switch or just a company that doesn't care???
Apparently we are not the only unhappy customer as they dropped a note while at the house (the first time) which stated: please visit, another address in my town, w/ Dave G. to calm this customer's nerves.
I have not put the names of the employees that we dealt with as we believe that a company should back their employees. In doing so they are responsible to insure their company is in good customer standing as they do OWN the company apparently David B[redacted] doesn't agree with this train of thought.
