I am attaching the email I received when I placed the order. This email in addition to receiving the first copy of the magazine led me to believe that the transaction had been completed successfully. I had my husband review the credit card orders online for the card I used and we were unable to find where we were charged for this order. Please understand my confusion regarding this situation along with withdrawing any complaint against *** and offer my sincerest apologies. I don't review the credit card statements, my husband does, and he wouldn't have known to look for the charge, or noticed its absence

Review: I placed an order for [redacted] magazine on 12/02/14 for my husband as a Christmas gift. The subscription was paid for with a credit card online. He received one issue since that time, the January 2015 issue. We have received no further issues of the magazine.

I contacted their customer service department at the email address provided on the order confirmation page on 04/13/15 . It matches their email on their website and in the magazine. I sent another email on 04/16/15 again outlining the fact that we had not received all the issues which were owed and if someone could look into this problem. We have not moved since the order for the magazine was placed and the fact that we did actually receive one copy confirms that our mailing address was entered correctly both at the time the order was placed and at the time the company entered it into their system.

I received no confirmation of my email, nor any response regarding my problem from their customer service department.Desired Settlement: My husband is interested in receiving the 11 issues still due on the subscription assuming they are still publishing the magazine. If the magazine is no longer being published I would like a refund on the 11 issues we did not receive.
