Cason roofing has worked on four roofs for me in the last monthsAfter a old friend of mine ( who has done all my roofs and fell ill) refereed me to him, I read the negative reviews of the company on the Revdex.com siteWith some concern I let him do a small repairThe contractor who started the job would not get a final inspectionCason came in and finished the roof and had it passedAfter that he has done three complete reroof on the rental property's, one being a two storyI haven't had the first issue with the companyThe work was done in a timely manner and at one of the lowest cost I could find
DO NOT use this contractorHe failed to perform the work promised that we paid forWould not return callsIgnored usWe have given him the opportunity to make it right and he has notWe found Cason on [redacted] We were given an estimate and agreed upon the work, price & timeWe are in the process of a refinance and needed two areas of repair done on our garage roofWith time being of the essence, we went with Cason as apposed to two other contractors we calledCason did not show up on the day they promisedAfter two days and several attempts to contact them I called and cancelledThey miraculously showed up anyway the next morningIll prepared and a mess is all I'll say about the two unprofessional people that showed upSince they were there, we went with itThey disappeared for hours and then returned They did a good job on one side of the roof, but the other side they did not do the repair, they simply tacked a couple of shingles on top of existing onesWe didn't realize this because you would have had to climb into the attic to seeWe did see however that they tore and bent the metal overhang by our front door and were going to leave itWe pointed it out to them and he did a half way caulk repairIt looks terrible and I do not have much faith in it holdingWe failed our inspection! Which will cost us an additional $for the re-inspection once it's fixedWe have tried repeatedly to contact them to come and perform the work they were paid forWe have only been able to get one response from them saying he would do whatever it takes to make it rightHardly! IF Mr Cason WOULD HONOR his work commitment and do the repair immediately WE WOULD BE WILLING TO NOT TAKE THIS ANY FURTHEROtherwise we will be shelling out more money to another contractor to get it done correctly within a strict time restraint due to the re-fiIn addition to filing complaints here we will also file with [redacted] , Deptof Buss & ProffRegulations and take them to small claims courtIt is a matter of doing the right thing! They do not!! MrCason, either correct this or pay damages in every manner available to me, including reviews & legal actionI hope this review will help prevent you from harming othersI only wish I had done a little more research before hiring you and found the previous complaints and that others are planning to take you to small claims court
NEVER WORK WITH [redacted] ***HE IS A CON-ARTISTHe lead us to believe he was going to perform a reroof, collected a 50% down deposit, and proceeded to con us by claiming he was going to do the work the next day or the next weekHe even got a permit, but I fully believe he had no intention of doing the workHe is a professional thief, and we are taking our case to small claims court Call [redacted] if you want to ask me further questions about the situation [redacted] ***
