Mr*** picked up his snow thrower on 11/We performed a full annual service, including replacing the carburetor, primer bulb, skid shoes adjusting his belts, changing engine oil and lubricated the chassisMr*** called us, and I the owner *** *** took the call, he claimed that there
was no fuel in the unit and the spark plug was not replacedI explained to Mr*** due to the expense of ethanol free fuel and reducing the expense to the customer, we only put one quart in the systemHe insisted that we did not put fuel in the engineI went on to explain that we cannot install a new carburetor and service the engine without adding fuelHe was very angry and was notiecabley agitated, so I asked him to please come to the store and I would be happy to give him another quart of fuel and a spark plug for freeWhen Mr*** came to the store I informed my staff that I wanted to be notified so that I may wait on himHe continued to express his dissatisfaction, I assured him that we guarantee our work for the entire winter seasonMr*** left still unsatisfiedHe returned on 12/12/and stated he had a fuel leakWe immediately took the unit into the service department while he waitedWe found no failures, we ran the unit with Mr*** and showed him all the new parts that were replacedI explained that some times during transport if the fuel is not turned off the carburetor could leak from tipping the unit in and out of his vehicle, he still was not satisfiedHe returned to the showroom counter where he started from the beginning with his disappointmentDue to the high level of his voice and disruptive behavior in my showroom, I calmly asked for his credit card and refunded the full amount of his invoiceThat same day he slandered us with extreme vulgarity on *** and *** reviewsI responded to those as well, however did not receive any future commentsI am made aware now that I missed the $estimate fee/deposit that he paid, I will gladly refund that as wellWe pride ourselves in the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of workWe service to snow throwers per year, I have never encountered this much extreme dissatisfaction in my years of business. I greatly appreciate the opportunity to express our position in this matter, and appreciate the prompt correspondence from the Revdex.com.Thank you, *** ***
