Review: No contact with contractor. Mortgage signed in November, minimal work done then contractor refused to return calls. Several attempts by us, bank and attorney. Failed to comply with contract release after agreeing to two months ago with all parties. Refusing to sign, ignoring all parties attempts to get in contact.Desired Settlement: Sign release of contract.
