Casper Massage

This morning I received an email from Casper Massage business owner, Kristiana J, stating she was closing her business permanently as of today due to the COVID 19 virus and her history of chronic health conditions. Per her business policy it was required that all services be prepaid in advance of service to include gratuity. She charged $140 for a 90 minute massage and $100 for a 60 minute massage. In her email this morning she states, "Obviously all appointments will be cancelled. I am unable to to give any refunds at this time because I have $200 to my name and just lost my income and entire business". She further states, "Please consider how fortunate you are if you have a savings account, a spouse, property, how much more you have right now than someone like me with $200 in the bank and no income and how terrifying that is for me". She then indicates, "Therefore my anxiety and stress is already through the roof, which in anticipation of backlash from this, I will not be checking any reply emails, because I just can't take anymore grief from life or anyone right now". I have scheduled and prepaid for the following dates 4/18/2020 (90 min massage), 5/9/2020 (90 minute massage), and 5/23/2020 (90 minute massage).
