FABULOUS!!!!
I've wanted a retractable screen door for quite a few years but could not find one for a mobile home...until CASPER.
I am so thrilled with the results and my connection with KEVIN BOYD. He helped sooo much and once I found the
perfect installer, it went in like a charm. We did cut the wood floor out so the bottom track would be recessed. It is
my front door.. Couldn't wait to order decals from Amazon because you CANNOT see the screen. I am totally happy with the end results and would recommend this company to anyone. It was delivered in two days.

Terrible product, poor installation, warranty is not what it's presented to be. I do not recommend them. Buyer beware!

The screens don't work worth a darn. We had 2 double screen doors and 1 single screen door installed, and had problems with them opening and closing within only a few months after installation. They aren't practical at all, and we haven't been able to use them successfully due to the poor product and installation quality which causes them to stick on the top and bottom tracks, making it almost impossible to open or close them in a normal fashion. The screens keep buckling up at the top and bottom when you try to open or close them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!

The worst screens ever! The worst warranty ever (if you want to call it a warranty - they don't tell you that they charge at least $50 for service calls, even shortly after the installation of the screen - and even if the problem is due to the poor product or installation). We do not recommend this company and their product at all! BUYER BEWARE OF CASPER SCREENS!

Review: I contacted Casper screens to come to my home and install a screen door. [redacted] the owner and a new employee under training by the name of [redacted] came to my home measured the door and installed the screen. They explained how the product/screen retracted and also could come off track. They explained the screens ability to come off track in case people or animals walked through the screen. My family and friends found the screen hard to view at night. But I was advised to go to the local craft store and purchase stickers to make the screen more viewable. I did so and the stickers did not stick on the screen. Furthermore the screen came off track multiple times on its own. And after using it for a few days I found the metal and screen to just be cheap and flimsy. The screen had no locking mechanism and continued to retract on its own. At that Time my husband and I decided the screen was not worth having and we made the decision to call the company and have it removed. I spoke to [redacted] at the main office and asked her to send a technician out to my home. She seemed reluctant to do so but after explaining to her multiple times that I was dissatisfied with the product and wanted a refund she scheduled a [redacted]. At that time [redacted] told me she was not able to issue a refund that she would have to contact the owner of the company and that he was currently out. I requested that [redacted] the owner contact me as soon as he got back to his office I waited for over a week and heard nothing. [redacted] came to my home ask me for [redacted] to help with the screen. I then explained that I was completely dissatisfied no longer wanted the product and asked her to please remove the screen. After removal of screen the owner [redacted] failed to contact me. I continue to contact the company to collect a refund. [redacted] the owner has argued with me and had said he wasn't given a chance to correct the problem. I explained that there should be no problem w/ new screen and that I wanted a refundDesired Settlement: I would like to be issued a refund of $390.00. Casper screens took the screen that I paid for and has not given a refund. Therefore, I have no screen and I'm out the money!

Review: We purchased casper screens back in 2011 for three french doors at a cost of $1,800 dollars since then we have had to pay for maintinance on those screens on three seperate occassions due to improper installation (as we were told by the independant repair company) that is local in our home town of Fallbrook on two seperate occassions my wife and I have tried to call and email casper screens to discuss this issue but to date have only been told that they can only refer us to to someone else for repair as I am currently deployed to Afghanistan for a year I need help on holding this company liable. Due to improper installation the screens have been torn, springs have come undone and pieces have literally just fallen off or out and the edges around the frams are not fully flushed we are not satisfied with the results. Below is their warranty statement:

> "LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: Casper Disappearing Screens product has a

> warranty to the original purchaser, for as long as [redacted] owns the

> product, against defects in material and workmanship pertaining to the

> screen components. This warranty is expressly limited to the

> replacement or repair of components having defects. This warranty

> applies under conditions of normal use, and does not apply to defects

> that result from damage, negligence , or misuse. A charge may be

> incurred for the replacement of damaged parts. Screen mesh is covered

> for 3 years against defects in material. A ripped or torn screen is

> not a warranted part. Service fee may apply."Desired Settlement: We would like Casper Screens to send out a professional installer and if required replace all of the screens or replace the ones that we have had the most issues with.

Review: In May 2015 I scheduled an appt. for an estimate for two bedroom screens. I was told that both screens could be installed for $1298.00.

The Master Bedroom screen was able to be installed that same day, but I was told that they did not have the correct color materials for the second screen, which needed to have an exterior mount.

The installer called the owner Kevin who told him that they had unpainted brackets that would be delivered the next week and I could have painted so it wouldn't be a problem. So I paid for both screens in full. Needless to say, the screens were never delivered or installed. I contacted the company every week from Mid-May until Mid-July when I finally received some metal brackets which were totally damaged. I contacted the company with photos of the damage and they refused to send anyone out. I sent the product back to the company with a return signatures required.

I have contacted them literally hundreds of times without a response.

I paid $649 for a screen that was never installed.

It's not clear how a company can continue to defraud customers and remain open. This is not a reputable company.
