which was installed on June 09, 2014. Our records indicate that the first service request was on June 15, 2015. At that time we did make a repair and called the factory service on the error code that was displayed. The factory recommendation was to replace a board, which we ordered and replaced. After replacing the board and calling the factory the condenser fan motors were not working. Again upon factory recommendations we replaced the motors, While replacing the motors the mounting bolts broke to hold the motors in place. This was an unforeseeable incident, of which we did not have any control over. We did order replacement parts for the repair. During the ordering and waiting for parts the complainant was informed of the delays we had with the factory on getting parts. We regret the long lead time, but those are out of our control. On August 13, 2015 we received an email from the complainant stating they are going to use another vendor which ended any further work from us. We understand the complainant was without air conditioning, but if the area was as critical to them as they stated, I would assume they would have had a redundant backup which they did not. National Heating and Plumbing did not use deceptive business practices and would like to remind the complainant that type of language is libel. We would like this complaint removed from our records.
