to mention your attention that our tenant's name is [redacted]. We did not understand why he used a different name ([redacted]) to you. We found him by his phone number on the complaint letter. And also his address that he gave you is wrong too.When he arrived to our office on May 19" 2017, we told him that the rent payment did not include parking payment. His total summer rent payment is $3480. Parking fee is $100 per month. He only paid $3480 on his move in date. He did not pay parking fee on his move in date. He said that he did not have his check book with him, so he would mail a check to our office. But even after one month we had not received any parking payment. After his monthly parking expired, he applied for a complaint, because he did not want to pay parking payment.He mentioned you that we kicked somebody out of their room without any warning. summer rent price. We certainly try to please all of our tenants and we are sorry there has been misunderstanding according to our phone conversation with our tenant. Indeed, it was hard to communicate with [redacted] because of his English. When we spoke with him on the phone, we invited him to our office to understand what he is saying, and what he is going to do in SUITTITICT.His contract ended on December 31, 2016. You can find his contract as an attachment. Starting from 2017, he has been paying his rent month to month rent policy. This summer rent increase is just not for [redacted], it affects all our tenants living apartments.You have requested a billing adjustment for his summer rent. We will keep his summer rent $1800 monthly, but we will waive his $75/mo parking fee as a gesture of our good will. We regret that our tenant complain to Revdex.com instead of having a communication at our office.Please note that we have got several complaints for smoking marijuana during his stay in the apartment. After 5 month battle over deposit partial deposit was refunded in form of paypal and check. Due to not re tracking YELP review Owner cancelled both forms of deposit. Paypal was reversed and check bounced.
