Just wanted to express my experience with Casa Stone, they put a backsplash in my kitchen and could not be happer with the professional service my kitchen looks great Thank you so much Anne K ***
The owner came out to my house, looked around, signed up for my job (~$25,worth of work) and made me make a commitment to use them exclusively Then proceeded to string me along for 3+ months Apparently $25,isn't really worthwhile for them to do so I was very low priority When I called a receptionist would answer and tell me that someone would call me back the next day Three months and phone calls later, I'm going with a professional contractor In three months they never even had anyone come out to do an estimate of the work They also never contacted the insurance company, which they claim as their big selling point
I just finished a total kitchen renovation with Cassa Stone and am delighted with the outcome The Design Team of Sonia and Tanya was excellent Sonia worked as the project manager as well and helped make the process run smoothly She was always attentive to my concerns Diego, the Cassa carpenter, is masterful at his craft and very easy to work with The project was done in a timely manner and was on budget
