I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Just another attempt to make themselves look good in light of bad situation! The only money that was returned to me was a fee from TRI STATE PERMITTING, the service in which Hamilton Leasing choose and I had to pay immediately for the titling of a truck in which I thought I had financing forThis doesn't come close to a resolution of this complaint !

Dear ** ***,Im sorry to hear that the dealer is not returning your deposit We did our most to make this deal happen, when we went down to dealer - ** *** to pay for the truck, what we see made us change our mindno truck over-there only a shop to repair cars not trucksNo workers
over there knew who *** iswe just became very suspicious of the whole *** guy ** *** called us that he works out of a different locationWe should go over-there, at that point we decided its over.Usually people are upset of things people "do" I'm not sure as to why you blame us for something we "didn't" do... Dear [redacted],Im sorry to hear that the dealer is not returning your deposit.  We from our side DID return your money for registration in FULL. But to clarify our position one more time, We were fully prepared to close this deal, we even went down to [redacted] to pay him but we didn't see the truck nor have we seen [redacted]. And of what you claim that we requested more items from you, This is nonsense! It shows that you had no obligation to have all this items (which you MUST have to operate a truck regardless) but you want we should?!  We are in title to require from our customers registration, warranty, etc. If you don't like it you don't have to do a deal with us!So, I'm not sure what we have to do with this whole thing.
