They came out and repaired A/C ducts They were leaking After they left, the leaks continued I have been calling them for three days without a returned phone call, even though they claimed they are a hr service In fact the tech tried to sell me a service contract, claiming I would get even better service, nights and weekends Without returning a simple phone call, they have proven to me, they aren't what they say Now I have to pay someone else to do the work they charged me for, but didn't deliver
I have been using Cassard for years but last August when I had an A/C problem he took trips and the problem was not resolved and when trying to get the A/C fixed he was not responsive after days and wound up replacing the unit through another firm
