I apologize, the response to the below complaint has not been uploaded.  We are unable to locate a loan in our system with the information provided.  We attempted to reach the complainant but we have been unsuccessful.  How should we handle the response?

I am rejecting this response because: Cenlar has sent 2 letters saying my loan is paid in full and that my escrow is closed. CENLAR continues to hold my escrow monies that they have no right to. I have sent them a fax as they requested, and they still continue to hold my monies

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
With that said, this is what the company has told me before in a letter and what the company tells me every time I speak with them on the phone, yet nothing is done and nothing has been done.  My monthly mortgage statement still shows the fraudulent charges on my account.  I have also been told the amount has come off several different times, only to be put back on the account.  I have advised both Franklin American and [redacted] if the matter does not get resolved once and for all, I will seek legal counsel.

his letter is in response to your correspondence received in our office on October 10, 2014. As indicated in [redacted] complaint, this issue was previously addressed in our letter dated March 5, 2014 (copy enclosed). Enclosed please find a copy of our negotiated check number [redacted] in the...

amount of $26.93, which represents the amount of the fee [redacted] inadvertently satisfied. Instead of applying the funds to the unpaid principal balance of the loan, they were returned to the borrower. According to our records, the servicing of the loan was transferred to [redacted] Loan Services, LLC ([redacted] on July 2, 2014. A copy of the Notice of Servicing Transfer dated June 13, 2014, is enclosed. Due to an operational oversight, the balance of the fee in the amount of $1,223.07 was not removed from the loan account in advance of the servicing transfer. We regret this oversight occurred and apologize for any additional inconvenience [redacted] experienced as a result. We communicated this correction to [redacted] and are working to ensure this issue is resolved timely. We will confirm that it is resolved with [redacted] however we feel it prudent that [redacted] get confirmation from the new servicer as well since this adjustment will be handled on his account that is being serviced by them. Our records indicate that on October 20, 2014, [redacted] spoke with a customer service representative and was informed that the fee was removed from our records. In regards to the billing statements for July and August 2014 referenced in [redacted] complaint, we have no record of these statements being generated by our office. help me reopen this complaint.  I wish to respond to [redacted] I was delayed in getting his correspondence, as he mailed it to the wrong address.  My address is [redacted] He addressed it to [redacted]  Ironic that my bank who OWNS my mortgage drafts a letter to the wrong residence.
