Jim Fossitt Classic Car Wash, INCIndustrial Road Florence, KY Phone: (859) 525-0066Fax: (859) 525-September 9, Revdex.com Serving Southern Ohio, Northern Kentucky, Southeast Indiana E4th, Suite Cincinnati OH Dear [redacted] ,This situation got out of hand before I (Jim) got involvedMy understanding was that after my son took the car from the customer he noticed the side marker light was out and he pushed the marker light in to keep it from getting damagedThe mirror came loose while going through the car washThe customer accused my son of breaking the mirror and called him a liarMy son tried to get him to look at the cameras and the customer would notHe drew a fist wanting to fightI tried to get him to leave and go home, cool off, and we would discuss it tomorrow.This is not the customer I have known for yearsHe has always been a nice man and an excellent Customer.My brother taped the mirror so it would not bang against the side of the carHe said it looked like one of the screws had been glued beforeIf things had not got out of hand we could have epoxied it and it would have been stronger than ever.I will pay him the $for repairsI will also give him the $wash that he did not pay for.He has been a good and loyal customer for yearsI think we have all done or said things we are not proud of sometimesI hope my son forgives and he does as well.Please do not hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Jim FossittOwner/Operator
