before I (Jim) got involved. My understanding was that after my son took the car from the customer he noticed the side marker light was out and he pushed the marker light in to keep it from getting damaged. The mirror came loose while going through the car wash. The customer accused my son of breaking the mirror and called him a liar. My son tried to get him to look at the cameras and the customer would not. He drew a fist wanting to fight. I tried to get him to leave and go home, cool off, and we would discuss it tomorrow.This is not the customer I have known for years. He has always been a nice man and an excellent Customer.My brother taped the mirror so it would not bang against the side of the car. He said it looked like one of the screws had been glued before. If things had not got out of hand we could have epoxied it and it would have been stronger than ever.I will pay him the $60.00 for repairs. I will also give him the $21.95 wash that he did not pay for.He has been a good and loyal customer for years. I think we have all done or said things we are not proud of sometimes.
