I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me

Our company performed a full service oil change on Mr***’s vehicle on 5/17/The customer returned later in the day due to loss of oilWe were unsure of the issue, but wanted to work with the customer to resolve the problemOur facility wanted to assist the customer, we offered him the
value of his vehicle and told him he could keep the vehicle as wellThe customer’s reply was that he wanted the vehicle fixedOur next step was we took the vehicle to a *** specialistOur company paid for repairs that cost $(Receipts available upon request) The *** specialist said this vehicle has many mechanical issues, such as; bad tie rods, the transmission is falling and vehicle has numerous fluid leaksThe mechanic said it has more than just motor issues and the repairs would exceed the value of the vehicleThe vehicle has over 250,miles as the overall appearance of vehicle showed, it was in poor conditionThank you for bringing this matter to our attentionSincerely, Cassidy’s Auto Lube
