Hello, Any defect that has not been reported within days is not covered, the technician stated in *** that it was there for years, also there are scratches on the table which are not covered, we cannot repair the bubble on the table,
this is not something a technician can repairThe side of her table was coming off, we repaired this as a goodwill gestureIn order to fix the bubble issue we would have to replace the table, which will not be doing as it has scratches and it has been there for years*** *** and *** ***!! We are not resolving this issue by replacing the customer's tableRegards

A screw coming up through the table is not something that happens within daysFor instance the bubble in the table now has split which means the screw is still movingTherefore it took a year to splitI was present when the technician took pictures, and I DID NOT say that the table had the bubble in it for years, if that were true that would mean we bought the table in that conditionWe were not contacted by Cohen's to deny or refuse warranty after the pictures were takenI do not appreciate words being put in my mouth, and I have stated thisThe technician himself stated "if its not up through now it probably wont come through"Also I would like to be very clear here, what Cohen's is saying is, if my table falls apart it is no longer covered under warranty that is not up until 2016, because the table has surface scratches? My warranty is void because of scratches?? Please send me a legal document that states this***ySome of her reasons were; "because they couldn't resell the table"I don't know why they would resell a table with a manufactures defect in it"HER table doesn't have scratches in it"I'm not sure how that information related to my situation***tI've also spoken with another technician from Cohen's and he also said she is very difficult to deal withCohen's sales office on Kenmount Road has been more then helpful and have told me my table IS still covered and scratches do not void my warranty

I am sorry the consumer feels they way she do but we are not exchanging or repairing the tableConsidering we only have one technician ***, I wouldn't know what other technician the consumer is referring tooAlso I would like to know the sales persons name at the location on Kenmount Road so I can advise them on what the warranty covers!
