Review: Castenada Business Tax prepared the partnership tax return for the year ended December 31, 2014. They are in possession of all the source documentation for this return. One of the partners, has requested copies of these documents as well as the underlying financial statements from which these returns were prepared as well as supporting calculations for critical balances such as opening and closing capital balances. The representatives from Castenada have been evasive and have deferred to other partners requests not to provide this information. The only information provided was the form K-1. Since the partnership is in the process of being dissolved, it is critical that all financial information be disclosed to ALL partners.Desired Settlement: Provide all of the financial information requested.
