This issue has been happening way before Corona virus. The dealership does not reply or callback to help with issues theres always a excuse. I find myself repeating emails over and over with no contact or replying to emails. I purchased a new boat last year. I find myself doing my own warranty work numerous times which can be ok if it is a simple part but you need to twist a arm just to get help over the phone or remotely. Please do not give me a generic response you guys know that I do get ignored all the time. Very unprofessional I spoke to over 4 dealership and regal boats and they all say the same. WHY IS THE DEALERSHIP NOT HELPING YOU . ONCE AGAIN LONG GOING ISSUES WITH COMMUNICATION DONT YOU COME SAY ITS CORONA VIRUS
Castaway marina has contacted me and the situation was resolved thanks to Revdex.com.org help. Myself and castaway marina are at good standing once again can I please close this case and also noticed the dealership. I would like to leave a A rating if possible or simply no n ed negative feedback
