On 1/24/2017, we signed a contract with Castcade Arizona to build a pondI have put a down payment of $on contract date At the time of the contract, we discussed with them that the project will not start until our pool and landscape are done as those constructions may disrupt/damage the pond Since our pool was completed and the landscape is moving along, I contacted the office on 5/11/asking to speak to Bob Cody was the one I talked to and told me that he would have Bob call me back Since I have not heard from anyone, I decided to send an email on 5/19/asking to have someone contact us No one called meI attempted the 3rd call on 5/22/and spoke to Kennedy and asked her to have Bob give me a call back and so far I have not heard from Bob I want them to let me know how we will proceed

I have sent repeated requests of the salesman Bob Henige and the company in general to furnish me with an architectural drawing of what they propose to buildWithout my permission they submitted some drawings to the HOA for approval, but have refused to show me what they submitted
I have repeatedly via phone, email and text messages asked for a review of the proposed design None of the requests have been responded toMost recently I request a refund of my deposit since they were not forth coming with informationNo responce
Today I attempted several times to call the office, I got an answering machine wjhioc asked to leave a message - BUT the mailbox is full
I am afraid they have gone out of business, which means I'll have to seek legal help - can you follow up?

On or about January 12, Castcade Arizona was retained to install a waterfall and stream as well as landscaping for our new home that we took possession of on March 7, 2018, with the understanding work would not begin until March 10, The salesman, ***, told us it would be a 7-day job We were required to pay a deposit of $1653.30, then we were required to pay a percentage of the total cost at start of project, midway through the project and the balance at or near completion of the project These payments were in the amount of $on 3/13/18, two checks in the amount of $on 3/14/18, $on 3/21/18, on March 30, 2018, checks in the amounts of $2100.00, $and $Two checks in the amount of $and $on April 4, Three checks on 4/9/in the amounts of $2500.00, $and $1345.00, for a total of $21, Castcade has yet to complete the job as of 5/1/ Additionally, one of Castcade Arizona's subcontractors damaged
