Federal has investigated the customer service issues indicated in the Revdex.com complaint originated by Mr. [redacted]. We sincerely regret his concerns. Our institution is a community bank that prides itself on excellent service and quality outcomes when addressing the banking and other financial needs of our customers. Mr. [redacted] contacted our institution seeking specific information regarding certain product offerings and pricing. Our response was not provided within the timeframe expected, which we regret. However, according to the banking representative involved, they have since communicated and the information Mr. [redacted] was seeking has been provided satisfactorily. Warsaw Federal Bank handles all customer information and financial matters with the utmost attention to confidentiality. Files and records are maintained to the extent necessary to support normal banking practices and to support regulatory and financial reporting expectations. The bank handles sensitive material through special “safe trash” procedures that include “shredding” by third-party service provider. We welcome the opportunity to address any further questions or provide clarifications to Mr. [redacted] should that be necessary.
