Two years ago we engaged Castellanos Contractors to remodel our old bathroom at the cost of $18000's Since then the grout has started to fall away from the walk in shower floor and other placesI called and he came out to see what the color of the grout is and gave the impression he would return to fix it, something he told me he would do repeatedly during the process if anything ever went wrong I have never seen him again I called his cell phone and left email messages repeatedly and he never answers either It has now been months since thenNow another problem has started The tile floor is loosening and the grout is breaking away from thereI would STRONGLY not recommend his business to any one
