In January 2018, I had emailed a complaint to Lynne and she stated that she would put it to the board and get back to meIt is now March and I called her to follow up and she yelled at me the whole conversation saying that she emailed me and sent me a letter and that she cant do anything for me and the only words I spoke were to tell her to calm down and why are you yelling at meShe went off the deep end and made me upset and cry and I had to hang up She is very unprofessional and totally lacks communications skillsNeedless to say I never received an email or letter from her or the board and I am still left with no answers and bad neighbors
This is my experience with Estate Properties in Edmonton, ABI am in the process of selling my condo, I paid $for the condo documentsI had to pick them up in person with a money order (minute drive there and back) Turns out they didn't provide the reserve fund studyI then had to pay another $and had to go in person to pick them upThen to find out they didn't include months of meeting minutesTheir explanation? "Sorry we missed it"My condo is pending sale and it could possibly all fall through because of this!!
