Heroic Hearts Apparel went above and beyond to get my order completedYes, it is a bit hard to get in contact with them, but everything is stated on their websiteThis has been my 3rd time ordering from them and I've loved every itemThank you!

While Heroic Hearts Apparel carries great designs and clothing for military and first responder crowds, their customer service is seriously lackingIt is understandable for a small, out of home business to be a little bit slow, but this particular small business needs to make a changeI was told that the turnaround time for my item would be 16-days, and I could understand thatBut here I am business days later, and it still hasn't shippedNot only that, but I haven't even heard from the company to let me know that my order is running behind and that they're sorryWhen I emailed them to find out what was going on, I wasn't even answered until I sent a second email business days later asking what the heck was going onI felt like I was being scammed because there's no phone number on the website, my order was way behind its due date, and nobody was willing to take a minute to email me or even post on their website that they were over a month behind because they received "over orders in one month"When you fall this far behind due to too many orders, you need to hire helpI was really looking forward to this awesome product, but there is no way I will ever pay almost $for a product that is going to be such a hassle to actually receiveYou can be overloaded and still have good customer serviceAs much as I love the jacket, it was not worth the cost and the the wait

I ordered a shirt from this company on February 25th, It is now April 29th, and I have yet to receive anything from the companyMy credit card was charged immediately and I was told turn around time was 16-business daysIt has now been business days and I have not received my merchandiseI understand the process may take time, but I have written the company emails with no responseI have a family member who was killed in the line of duty and I want this shirt to wear to his memorial service next monthI find it extremely unprofessional that the company can not respond to different emails I have sentThey have no phone number to call and ask them eitherI really just want my merchandise at this point and I am tired of waiting

I had a friend who order from this company so I decided to make an order Knowing it take awhile to get, As hers took months! I wasn't in any rush to get itI order In April of 2015!!!!! When I went back to check there site it was down & so was all there other sites! I have no way of contacting this company as all their information is gone! I never received my order and they took my money! I am highly upset/ [redacted] and wish there way a way to contact them and at least get my money backI think this is ridiculous and I feel bad/sorry for all the other people who also got ripped off by bad businessIf there is anyway to get in contact with them get my money back please let me knowthanks

I ordered from heroic hearts apparel in March and still have NOT received my order or an email backNow the Facebook page is gone and there website has been down since May!! I have attempted times to email or contact them and have not got a response! Almost $spent for a product I never got!

While I really like all of the options on the store's website, Heroic Hearts Apparel has been really lacking in customer serviceI placed my order on March 5th, and still have not seen any status change in its fulfillmentOn top of this I've tried to contact the business several times using facebook and their website (email and website messaging) about it and still have received no responseI'm currently about to move and if they do not email me back so I can give them the address change, my order will be returned to sender and all of this stress will be for nothingI am aware that there has been unfortunate circumstances, and it's hard to hire workers to make the actual orders, but someone definitely needs to be hired to handle customers because the current system is absolutely horribleThere is no excuse to how they have handled this so far and it seems to be a common problem as well

I ordered a shirt on March 3rd and I still haven't received it

Will not purchase from this company again. The customer service is horrible. I placed an order on February 19th, 2015 with the understanding that my order would be shipped out within 16-20 business days as their website stated. Needless to say, my order DID NOT arrive within the time slot they provided, but they don't hesitate to take your money IMMEDIATELY. I sent them at least 4 e-mails through their website and 1 through FB. They only answered the FB e-mail, and it took the a week to do that! This was in April, and I was told that my order would be shipped out by April 10th. Also false. Their website is "down for maintenance" 90% of the time. They also shut down their FB. I FINALLY received my order in the beginning of May (can't remember the exact date). Unprofessional, awful customer service, treat their customers poorly, and provide false shipping information on their website. I understand it can take longer than expected to get a custom item, but 50+ business days is ridiculous.

Several weeks ago, I lost my son overseas. I contacted Heroic Hearts Apparel in regards to helping us making some memorial shirts for a bike ride that was taking place in his memory. After reading several comments on their FB and Instagram, I was a bit hesitant because I knew how busy they were. Without a hesitation, they promptly responded to me and even offered to do the 600+ shirts free of charge. The duo, Marine Corps veteran and his significant other, went above and beyond in making the shirts for us. I knew 600 handmade shirts were going to take awhile, but they made sure to update us every step of the way and get it to us before our deadline. I often see other people comment negatively towards their business due to the long wait, but I can tell you, these two are the most kindhearted, patient, and caring people I have met in a long time. They exceeded our expectations, and the shirts came out beautifully. Of course we could have gone to any local shop, but being a small business ourselves, we wanted to work with others who have given as well.

Thank you so much for what you did for us. We will always keep him in our memories thanks to the items you provided us. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

My credit card was charged immediately and I was told turn around time was 16-20 business days. It has now been 45 business days and I have not received my merchandise. I understand the process may take time, but I have written the company 3 emails with no response. When you fall this far behind due to too many orders, you need to hire help. I was really looking forward to this awesome product, but there is no way I will ever pay almost $50 for a product that is going to be such a hassle to actually receive. You can be overloaded and still have good customer service. As much as I love the jacket, it was not worth the cost and the the wait.

This company has very nice products and a great variety. While they are handmade or made to order and their site does advise a long turnaround time due to a lot of orders, etc. they have the worst customer. While a lot of companies take a long time to ship, they typically will not charge your credit card until an item has shipped. With this company, they wasted no time charging my credit card then it took approximately 2 MONTHS to receive my order. My email was not answered until my order was shipped, which at that point, I knew the status. They advised that they apologized for the delay and because the order was delayed significantly, they would include a free decal. I received my package two days later with no decal. Very unprofessional company and a shame because their products are cute and they have a large selection. Will not ever order again.
