Caster Chair Company

I initially gave Caster Chair Company five stars. I am now only giving them one star. One star because I like the Dining set I bought very much. I am taking the four stars from my review. Because of the False statement, Caster Chair Makes the customer when you buy from them. They want you to post pictures and write a review of your Dining set in your home. In return for the customer doing this, they will compensate you for it. Or that is what they say. So I did as they ask and in a few days was sent a text message from them stating that they hoped I enjoyed the Amazon gift card. Which was great! Until I went to use it and could not. So I contacted Amazon to find out the problem. They stated that Caster Chair Company requested a refund! When I asked why they said I would have to contact Caster Chair Company. So I placed a call to Caster Chair to find out why. I was told I would be contacted by email that day. I WAS NOT! So I called them the next day and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours by email. I WAS NOT ! Then a lady called me and apologized for the company and said she would have the department that was responsible for this to contact me that day by email. I WAS NOT! So now it's been four days and no response from the Caster Chair Company. My question-- Is this how this company treats its customers that spend several hundred dollars with them? This is a very low-class way to run a company. I have a friend that just ordered a dining set very similar to mine from another company. She said she wasn't going to spend her hard-earned money with Caster Chair Company. to be treated and lied to as I have been. Caster Chair Company it does matter how you treat your customers.
