Caster Connection

I bought casters and when I installed them it required removal of the nut and pulling out the bolt to remove the wheel for clearance reasonsIn each case the nuts came off hard as if they were defective and ruined the threads on each bolt and nutI was able to pay a repair shop to fix three of them but the fourth required a replacement nut and bolt which were special madeI contacted the business and was told by a cocky woman that she understood that I need to make addition purchases? No I said I need to be compensated and sent one bolt and nut to which she informed me that they dont make the parts so if I disassemble them it is on meShe would later admit that they didn't make the parts but did assemble themI asked if that was her final answer and hung up when she confirmed it was and that I didn't need to talk to anyone else in the matterI am out $I paid to have three of the bolts and nuts repaired by way of a tap and die through and over the damaged threads and am left
