They had me sign a listing agreement without an expiration date
When I took my home off the market, the company had me sign an agreement without an expiration date A year and half later when I relisted/sold my home with a different agent they filed suit to collect a commission that they were not entitled to collect It was unethical for them to have me sign an agreement without an expiration date
