On December 17, I paid Castle and Courtyard $for this season snow removal serviceSince that day they have not plowed my driveway without me calling them numerous times, The number of times they have showed up is twice, and always 24-hours after a huge snowfallMy wife had open heart surgery on Janand I need my driveway cleared for any emergency that could ariseI have a signed contract for this "service"PLEASE HELPI HAVE REPEATEDLY REACHED OUT TO THEM FOR SATISFACTORY SERVICE BUT THEY HAVE NOT WILL NOT RESPOND!I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACKThey have not fufilled their contractI have had several others reach out to me through facebook saying they have received the same experience with them
