We regret any misunderstanding or inconvenienceI have investigated this complaintI can verify that the dunning letter and refund check # [redacted] for $were, in fact, mailed on July At the time of the move out inspection, Ben (as the primary resident/occupant) did not provide a forwarding addressTypically we forward the deposit and/or dunning letter to the last known address of the primary resident which in this case was Ben at our propertyIf Ben had submitted a forward address to the post office it would have automatically forwardedThe check was never returned to us as undeliverableAs such, we have no idea who has that check and would never reissue without stopping payment or waiting until it is void after daysPursuant to the referenced communication, Meredith stopped payment and reissued check# [redacted] for $on November to the Columbus addressAgain, the check has not been returned to senderWe process many deposit refund checks every month without issueAlthough any delay in delivery is unfortunate, it is out of our controlWe have complied with the law and all our responsibilities

I am rejecting this response because: And even more unprofessional behavior from a supposed professional representing a professional companyWe have already sought legal councilWe vacate November and cannot be held to a lease for the calendar year that we were never presented withYour professionalism (rather your lack of) continues to show the type of person you are and the type of company you representWe have this behavior and childish name calling in writingThank you for thatWe will leave you the keys to your unit on November when we have finished moving

I am rejecting this response because:It is indeed your legal responsibility to return security deposits. Again...as respectfully as possible this originates from your lack of accountability in reading the certified mail that was sent to you and accepted on April 27, 2016 that clearly indicates a forwarding address for my security deposit. This is YOUR error....not mine. I have already agreed to pay for one of your stop payments, which again was not my responsibility. My proposal to avoid legal action will be for you to place a stop payment on the second check that you allegedly sent in November. Issue a new check to me for the $465 and I will even pay the $5 for this next check to be sent to me at the following address:Tom Piecenski [redacted] *** Please issue a new check to me via certified mail for $460 and we can end this fiasco peacefully. If you take 10 minutes and read all of this again I think you will see I am being exceptionally fair. I think it is obvious how a judge would rule on this. thank you

Thank you for allowing Florida Pest Control & Chemical Cothe opportunity to reach out to MrsGilda [redacted] and insure that she is now satisfied with our serviceAs of today 08-13-we have spoken to Mrs [redacted] and serviced her home again Our local branch manager (Timothy S***) met with Mrs [redacted] today (08-13-15) at 8:AM and provided a thorough treatment to her home I (Chad Frowick) made a personal phone call to Mrs [redacted] to insure that her service was done on time and to her satisfaction At this time Mrs [redacted] is very pleased with Florida Pest Control's response and the quality of the service that was provided Thank you for bringing this to our attention and allowing us the opportunity to make Mrs [redacted] happy Chad [redacted] Vice President/Division Mgr Florida Pest Control & Chemical Co

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] 6, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I want include the concern that MrChad ( Vice President) and his Manager ( Tim ) exhibit in both their voice during the contact (via phone) to me and how MrChad- VP explained the expectations that is required of his company in the Chemical Industry regarding Pest Control. The immediate attention provided along with the revisit to my residence with excellent service was greatly appreciated. I was assured by the Manager - Tim that I will have direct contact to him if any other issues occur. I will recommend the company for future services should I'm approached Regards, [redacted]
