Review: My husband, , took our truck and trailer to Castle Automotive to be fixed this morning (April 18,2014) around 8:30 AM. He asked that they fix the electrical on our trailer and replace a taillight that was out on our F150 2007 truck. A few hours in they called my husband to tell him that they didn't know where his key was. My husband told them it was on the dashboard. They called a few hours later to say that his truck wasn't starting due to an antitheft lock system being triggered. They said that in order for our car to start it will need to be towed to a Ford dealership and they will have to reprogram the cars computer. They were leaving my husband's truck outside in a sketchy neighborhood. They claimed that they were not liable for anything that happened to it. I asked if I could come down to pick up the key. They said yes. When I arrived I stated that I was extremely upset with how we are being treated. He said basically that it was not his problem. I asked if we could have receipt of the work they did to the truck. They said that they were only working on the trailer and that my husband never asked them to work on the truck. This obviously upset me because as I said, "Why would my husband leave his truck there all day if he was only having his trailer fixed? It makes no sense." They denied that they were supposed to fix the tail light. They said they were no longer going to dealer with me or the truck and they wiped their hands of it. I was livid and told them that I hoped they had a fabulous weekend because I would be spending mine here making sure our truck doesn't get stolen before we can tow it.Desired Settlement: I believe they should have to pay for the cost of towing and reprogramming of our truck. It worked perfectly fine when we got there.
