Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below most of their response was in true especially the blood pressure one the NEVER once said anything about itNot on Fri night and they never suggested anything but to take him home of he got worse to bring him back which I did the follow I g night again NEVER ONCE was blood pressure brought up to meIt was never mentioned in my calls to check on himIn fact I would h@ve never even known had I not questioned the billHe was taken to his vet upon release and there was no blood pressure issue then and that's not a condition that just disappears to date no blood pressureAlso I find it hard to believe it was checked as mentioned they were so busy and very OBVIOUSLY u see staffedTho I ask never once did I talk to a vet and was told the resin was they were too busyCommon decentcy would have been to be able to at least talk to the Dr once at least I was very patient Still no response Also getting reports on the wrong animal to.as was badI picked him up the vet did come out and ask If I was going 59th internal medicine to get an ulta sound and I said where did this co.e from she said we talked about It last night and I replied that I NEVER talked to her or anyone about that and she said YES we did and insisted till she look at paper work and said wrong dog yet AGAINI am certain that I was ripped off and I intend on filing a complaint with the state vet boardI also am in contact with another person who had their dog there and felt the same as I did Regards, [redacted]

This note is in response to a billing dispute from a client, *** *** regarding her dog “***”, and our
veterinary hospital, the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center
She originally presented ***y on 9/9/@ 10:17pm for vomiting, diarrhea and disorientationThe client chose to have him treated conservatively (outpatient) and diagnostic testing was declined at that time
*** re-presented the next evening, 9/10/16, @ 5:30pm, because he was not getting betterAt this time it was recommended that ***y be put in the hospital for more aggressive testing and treatmentA type written quote was given at that time which the client signed- $ to $A range is typically given with treatment plans because a sick patient sometimes needs additional care, medications, and/or treatments while in the hospital
***’s blood work showed severe pancreatitis and dehydration. He was put on IV fluids, given antibiotics, stomach protectants and his seizure medicationHe had a history of seizures but it was not clear what was causing his disorientation. His initial blood pressure reading was high which can contribute to disorientation so as part of his care, serial blood pressure readings (every hours) were added to his treatment regimen so it could be determined if he needed additional medication for this
***y was released to the owner 9/11/@ 8amShe was advised to continue his care at her primary DVMThe total charge for ~hours of hospitalization was $This was over the initial estimate and as a service to the client the blood pressure charges (in total) were modified from $34/each to $eachThis saved the client $and brought her bill more in line with the original quoteThe adjusted total came to $

To whom it ma concern, *** *** has requested a refund via *** and we have informed him several times that we must refund to the original credit card usedHe claims that the card has been cancelled and has demanded that we refund via PayPalI have informed him that he must remedy the issue with his card and we are happy to refund as agreed. As of this moment he has not been cooperative and this has kept him from receiving the refundOur desire is to refund and move forward and we are disappointed that this issue is yet to be resolved for *** *** and our company*** *** has been threatening to sue us to receive the refund, but that is not necessary or productive for either partyI again encourage *** *** to take the steps necessary so that we are able to issue the refund.The other optoin *** *** has is to issue a charge back that our company will not fightI hope this helps *** *** move forward and allows him to receive his money. Thanks for making us aware of this complaint. We attempted to speak with the mechanic that is working on this vehicle to avail. It is my understanding based on conversations with the customer and conversations that my sales person had, his complaint is with the external gaskets leaking. Our warranty...

specifically states that we require those gaskets to be replaced prior to install. This best practice is recognized to be reasonable and necessary prior to the installation of any major recycled part including but not limited to the engine. This was not done by his mechanic. Again when we attempted to contact his mechanic I was unable to get in touch with him. The customer became belligerent with me and my sales representative Graeme which was not helpful, to facilitate a reasonable resolution. Since his mechanic was unreachable we are unable to determine the true nature of the complaint. We wanted to suggest that he take his vehicle to a legitimate mechanic so we can move forward. We attempted to convey this to [redacted], he would not listen and continued being belligerent only stating that the engine is no good over and over. His voice mails also were the same message over and over that the engine is no good. We have every desire to resolve this issue and we are happy to accept our product back at his expense for shipping. If he is unable to accept these terms we encourage him to take the vehicle to a legitimate mechanic and we would be happy to provide a list for this customer to make that happen. I Have been renting a car from [redacted] and I paid already about 1,100 dollars.  This company needs to be closed forever and its the most worst and terrible company.

We will send a truck to pick up the product. It is a shame that we were unable to get in touch with your mechanic. Our desire was to assess the condition of the part while still in the vehicle and come up with an equitable solution. Unfortunately we were unable to get the resolution we desired, so we will send a truck to pick up the product. Keep in mind the engine must be strapped securely to a skid or the freight company will not pick it up. We also have to send you a bill of lading that must be given to the driver upon pick up. Also keep in mind that the trucking company will charge us regardless if they go there and the product is not ready or they are unable to take possession of the product. In the event that they are not able to get access to the product or the premises and their are freight charges incurred, then that amount would be deducted from the refund we are going to give. Hello This is [redacted] I would like to inform you that they received the engine already and they said they will give me back full refund which is 1,000 dollars and I told them just to send my refund to my [redacted] account all they need is my e-mail witch is [redacted] and they says that I need to approve it and told that I approved it already and talk to the [redacted] team member and I requesting the 1,000 dollars from [redacted] but I don't see my refund in my [redacted] account yet. [redacted] team members are sending them remainders to collect the 1,000 dollars that I requested, but nothing is happen and The days are passing I don't see my money back so can you please force them or contact them or do something please this company and  people are horrible business company. This is the most horrible experience I have been facing in all my life Please force them force them and contact directly the CEO Please. I NEED MY MONEY BACK THEY RECEIVED THE ENGINE COUPLE DAYS AGOThank You
