We serviced this vehicle on 9/17/We were asked to price a serpentine belt and instructed to install the partNo additional conversation was discussed about squeal problems nor did we charge any additional fees to diagnose a squeal
problemAt a later date, we were contacted about a squeal problem and instructed her to send the vehicle back in to check the vehicle ( now at no additional cost) We found a belt tensioner making noise under acceleration and priced the service which she thought we should cover expensesWe also found a fluid leak not mentioned that we repaired at no cost in order for her son to return to Henderson NC safelyWe also informed her that we have a national warranty that if she felt something was not correct, that the vehicle could be inspected in his home townWe went over and beyond high standard service procedures

In response there was never a noise coming from the belt prior to the belt being replaced by your company replacing the belt on September 17,I informed your company about the noise after the work had been completedYour company incorrectly informed me that I needed a belt tensioner upon return of the vehicle after the initial repairThis was not true there was nothing wrong with the belt tensioner it was in perfect conditionYou tried to get an additional in repairs by intentionally giving a misdiagnosis of entirely different problem in order not to warranty your work and you refused to replace the serpentine belt as requestedI informed you repeatedly that the serpentine belt was the problem as I had been told by two replicable auto repair shopsThe serpentine belt was no good and it was an the improper installationYour company did not find or repair any fluid leaks on my vehicle because no such leaks exitedWhere is the invoice or authorization for any such repairsYour company should have been simply foced on what you were requested and authorized to repairThe vehicle was repaired properly by a different repair shop on Thursday Oct 15,with the replacement of a NEW SERPENTINE BELT ONLY and PROPER IINSTALLATIONThe repair shop stated the belt tensioner was in excellent condition and needed no replacementI have the invoice from the shop that performed the work as evidence of my compliant.The vehicle is repaired properlyYour shop did improper work,used improper equipment and refused to honor any warranty repair workTried to defraud me out of more money by telling a lie,stating the vehicle had another problem which it did don'tYour shop can attempt to make this situation right by issuing a refund.I have proven my compliant to be true

and never installed), but kept the amount for the work they had done in replacing the axel (that may not have needed repairs.I am still upset, especially because I lost a whole day’s worth of work and the amount of stress brought onto me for the entire dayBut I am sated in the fact that they did fix my carMy fear now is that they do this again to another customer who does not file reports and or online reviews
